If you are undertaking the course then follow these Course Access Information:

• When you see a ‘TAKE THIS COURSE’ button, click this to link your purchased access to the relevant course(s) on our separate ProSkills Online training website (www.proskillsonline.com).
  • Allow a few moments for this access to be set up.
    • If you already have an account on the training website www.proskillsonline.com with the same email then this store account and the ProSkills account will be linked to this ProvetCCG website (www.provetccg.com.au).
    • If you don’t already have an account on the training website at www.proskillsonline.com, an account is being set up for you. You will receive a separate email with your username and password for the training site
  • Note that you password for each website is not shared between sites. You will have separate passwords the ProvetCCG site and the ProSkills Online training site.
  • Your username will be the email address you supplied.
  • You can then access all ProSkills short courses on www.proskillsonline.com
• Next you see an “ACCESS COURSE” button, click this and you will be taken to your Subscription Home Page on our separate ProSkills Online training website.
  • In future, when you want to return to the training website you can either
    • Go straight to ProSkills Online website (www.proskillsonline.com). If you previously had an account there, use the credentials you have used to access the site in the past. Or,
    • Return to this ProvetCCG website (www.provetccg.com.au) and log in with the credentials you created at this site. Then go to My account > My courses and click on the ProSkills icon to be transferred and logged in to the training website.
