Dental Charts are used to accurately record oral pathology and treatment performed on our dental patients. This video will cover charting techniques using a systematic and thorough approach to allow for accurate recording of pathology found and the treatment performed in the patient record. The Modified Triadan Numbering System, Dental Scoring and common abbreviations for fast recording will be covered. The AVDC abbreviations discussed are accurate at the time of producing this video.
