Digital Workshop: Diversity in the Workplace

Supporting diversity in our teams means acknowledging people’s differences and recognising the value in these differences. In this session, you will explore dimensions of diversity, and how these impact the performance, motivation, success, and interactions of your team. We will also consider the opportunities and challenges of diversity inherent to the veterinary industry.

This session will be recorded and accessible after the fact if you are unavailable on the day. However, as this is an interactive workshop we recommend attending live if at all possible to gain the full benefits. Access to the online course with materials, recording and quiz for your certificate will be available for three months following the workshop date.
