The “Train the Trainer” Program is designed for experienced team members wishing to train and coach colleagues and new team members. Every employee is different and successful trainers should employ a variety of skills and tools to successfully coach others. This program covers a variety of topics such as defining the role of a trainer, trainer and trainee responsibilities, coaching adult learners and designing and delivering on-the-job sessions.
