We will work through how consultations, procedures, diagnostics, and client interactions contribute to income, and why accurate fee capture, workflow efficiency, and clear communication matter. The emphasis is on demystifying revenue to understand how quality care, time use, and consistency directly support the ability to reinvest in staff, equipment, and patient care. During this workshop we will complete hands on activities to calculate out the cost accounting price for a service within your practice to support your understanding of the value of veterinary services and revenue capture.
