Challenging Client Communication

The majority of our clients are easy to get along with but we often face challenges in practice when communicating with them. This may be the result of differing styles of communication, unrealistic expectations, stress and emotions and of-course finances.
In this 2 hour interactive workshop we will examine why challenges occur and how the way in which we communicate can alter the outcome for our patients and our practice. We will focus on the importance of confidence, body language and assertiveness when interacting with our clients particularly when they are emotional, grieving and when we are discussing fees. Come and join us.
This session will be recorded and accessible after the fact if you are unavailable on the day. However, as this is an interactive workshop we recommend attending live if at all possible to gain the full benefits.
