This webinar will focus on the intensive nursing and care of the ventilated patient. It will include an overview on the function of the ventilator and the different settings, but will primarily discuss the role of the veterinary nurse when caring, monitoring and assessing the patient. This will include nursing procedures such as measuring urinary output, patient positioning, mechanical and manual monitoring techniques and much more. An absolute must for the veterinary nurse caring for the ventilated patient.
This session will be recorded and accessible after the fact if you are unavailable on the day. However, as this is an interactive workshop we recommend attending live if at all possible to gain the full benefits.
