In this DW Sue will explain the fundamentals of Change Management and how to practically apply simple concepts to your workplace. The importance of understanding the WHY and HOW of change and the key elements of resistance and how to mitigate and manage uncertainty in your team.
This session will be recorded and accessible after the fact if you are unavailable on the day. However, as this is an interactive workshop we recommend attending live if at all possible to gain the full benefits.
