Despite quality HR systems people challenges will still arise for leaders. This session will use a practical case-study approach to explore the emotional and communication skills required to handle challenges from uniform non-compliance to managing the initial stages of health concerns. Participants will practice their language skills in a safe, supporting environment and take away a variety of appropriate responses to navigate and manage challenges in the workplace.

This session will be recorded and accessible after the fact if you are unavailable on the day. However, as this is an interactive workshop we recommend attending live if at all possible to gain the full benefits. Access to the online course with materials, recording and quiz for your certificate will be available for three months following the workshop date.
